MASE certification

IEPC commitment in the domain of Health & Safety at work and Environment (HSE) has been awarded with a MASE certification until 2027.

What is MASE ?

The MASE (“Manuel d’Amélioration Sécurité des Entreprise” in French, Company’s Security Improvement Manual) is a management system framework dealing with health & safety at work as well as respect of environment.

This certification is mainly intended for companies carrying out their services on high risk industrial sites

Historically created by the French petrochemical and chemical sectors, MASE certification is now recognized in many sectors which are subject to major Health & Safety risks.

What are the objectives of our approach ?

  • Continuous improvement of the Health & Safety of our teams and of the respect of the environment using an appropriate management system.
  • To improve our organization, communication and the working conditions of our employees and service providers.
  • Manage and mitigate risks implied by coactivity.

The 5 pillars of MASE certification:

  • Commitment of our company’s management team: Define and implement an HSE management in the company.
  • Professional skills and qualification: Transmit to our employees and service provider the “knowledge”, “know-how” and “self-management skills” required to ensure safely their tasks.
  • Organization of work: Control and mitigate HSE risks when carrying out interventions, works and services.
  • Efficiency of the management system: Continuous evaluation of our management system efficiency.
  • Continuous improvement: Continuous improvement of our management system and of our processes.
